Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original Dorsey jewelry box and shipping carton, ensuring the package is sealed and the new label is attached.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
